Guarantees.

All Midas Construction (Cheshire) work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. If during the course of the works programme you wish to advise of any adaptions or additions, please in the first instance liaise with your dedicated Project Management team.

Midas Construction (Cheshire) uses a standard contract and by doing so avoids any unnecessary legal costs however we also work using the JCT Minor works contract. Midas Construction (Cheshire) is fully insured in respect of all Public Liability and Employers Liability risks. We are insured by AXA which is one of the largest insurers of commercial business in the United Kingdom. We are able to provide a copy of our insurance at your request.
