This project was a full refurbishment which included knocking down our customers’ existing rear extension. We completely refurbished the main part of the house and replaced the rear and side extensions.
We discovered a water well that was inside the existing house meaning that there was a requirement to underpin the whole of the existing house. We worked closely with our client to always create the best and most cost-effective solution to work with their budget.
We created a large four-bedroom, four-bathroom property in a desirable location. A new kitchen, living and dining area, complete with under floor heating throughout and all external landscaping. We maintained the original features of the front of the property with a new modernised look to the back of the property.
