A new first floor extension over the existing car showroom to create a gym, and a large built machinery store which included a canteen staffroom and shower area. We also landscaped the external area around both buildings.
Designing the building to blend into its existing surrounding areas, as this is a period property, preserving the in-keeping features while making it fit for the needs of modern living in the 21stCentury. Furthermore, the specification had to be in keeping with their vision and specialists’ craftspeople had to create the detailed specification to adhere to our client’s standards.
We maintained a very close communication with our client, and their architect James Bell Architects between the site manager, office, and management staff at Midas; to create our client’s vision to the timescale that was suitable and to work with their budget. And we’re delighted to share Mr Mansfield’s project as we are proud and delighted with the finished tableau.
