The focus of this project was a complete external remodelling and facelift of an existing property. This comprehensive makeover included the installation of a new roof, fresh render, and the addition of a new oak porch and orangery. Enhancements were also made with new aluminium features, including fascias, gutters, and soffits, contributing to a significant aesthetic upgrade of the property.
The primary challenge of this project was to transform an existing property to give it the appearance of a new build. This required careful planning and execution to ensure that the external modifications not only refreshed the appearance but also aligned seamlessly with the existing structure.
The project successfully achieved its goal, resulting in a modern, contemporary-looking property. The extensive external facelift rendered the house virtually unrecognisable from its original state, making it appear brand new. The clients were extremely satisfied with the outcome, appreciating the transformative effect of the renovations on their property.
