Midas Construction Cheshire were selected by the school for two major extensions and the expansion of office space as well as the school’s entrance.
Acton CE Primary Academy has used Midas for several projects, and the company was the school’s first choice for this major renovation and change of space usage.
The main challenge was to create not just new space, but meaningful and useful facilities that could be enjoyed by teaching staff and pupils alike. In addition, naturally, everything, in the face of exacting demands, had to be completed on time, in full and to plan.
Perhaps the biggest challenge was to conduct and complete everything with minimal disruption so as not to interrupt school activities and busy parts of the normal day. activities.
We worked with the school and the project leaders’ side-by-side and listened carefully to their requests. What’s more, we were unafraid to amend plans as required, while remaining within strict parameters set out by our client.
Acton CE School was delighted with our “exemplary” attention to the safety of everyone on site. Furthermore, the costs of the projects provided “excellent value for money” providing modern, airy and effective teaching & learning environments.
