Residential

Celpas Lime Building

The Project.

The project was initiated following a strip-out of a former Barclays bank branch located within commercial premises on Crewe Business Park. The goal was to transform the space into modern, functional office spaces for new commercial tenants.

This included a complete refurbishment of the interior, including toilets, communal areas, reception, office space, and external landscaping. This was carried out to create a fresh, contemporary environment suitable for a variety of businesses.

The Challenge.

Celplas, the landlord, was determined to provide an exceptional experience for its commercial tenants, while ensuring that normal business activities were not significantly disrupted during the renovation process. Safety concerns were of utmost importance as the offices welcomed outside visitors daily, many of whom might be unfamiliar with the building’s layout. To address these challenges, clear signage and special routing were needed to facilitate smooth movement within the building with minimal hindrance.

“Our experience of Midas Construction was extremely positive. We were met with excellent service by professional and courteous staff throughout the project. The skill of the team was exceptional and after each day, the area was cleaned and tidied ready for the next. Everything was completed on time, albeit not entirely to budget, but we did encounter some unforeseen aspects which the team identified quickly and briefed us on at the first opportunity. We’ve already recommended Midas to friends who have now commissioned the company’s services.”
